Ayurvedic medicine places emphasis on the prevention and maintenance of health through the right diet, lifestyle and use of herbs. We use our knowledge in Ayurveda to create a balance of the body, mind and consciousness according to each individual’s constitution and design wellness products that will bring about to maintain this balance.
Many external and internal factors impact and affect the balance of our body, mind and consciousness, and this will result in diseases or disorders in the human body. Example of these factors include physical stress, emotional distress, poor diet choices, and a constant unhealthy lifestyle.
